Dr. Saquanda Cotton is a seasoned professional with a background in banking and wealth management, and over a decade of experience in real estate. She is the founder of Kaizen Investments, LLC, where she combines her financial expertise with a deep passion for community development. Saquanda is committed to creating pathways to economic empowerment through strategic investments and sustainable neighborhood revitalization.

Adrienne Ponce

Adrienne Ponce is a licensed real estate professional and general contractor with over a decade of experience in residential sales, property management, and construction. Based in Metro Detroit, she holds an MBA and is fluent in English and Spanish. Adrienne is passionate about revitalizing communities and guiding clients toward successful homeownership.
